Proprietor/owner and having supervised employees and staff appraisers on specific properties from residential to commercial/industrial assignments. Kenny G. Adams is a California State Certified General Appraiser and licensed to appraise any type of real estate. Kenny G. Adams is a member with the Appraisal Institute® with the SRA designation that requires all members to adhere to a set of standards while participating in the continuing education program and maintained the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute. Kenny G. Adams is an approved appraiser for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Santa Clara County Assessor 1976 - 1978

A staff appraiser responsible for gathering real property data assembled and processed structural classification for county tax purposes. The data collected covered single-family, vacant land, multi-units, apartments, commercial/industrial and responsible for explaining appraisal procedures and policies to builders, contractors, brokers and the public.

Training Instructor Society of Real Estate Appraisers 1986

The "Society of Real Estate Appraisers" commissioned Mr. Adams as a training site instructor, as a part of Review Appraiser training program in cooperation with the Federal Housing Administration (FHA/HUD) to train potential Review Appraisers for the agency.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: - 1978 to present- Participates in the real estate appraisal community including on various educational levels and committee peer groups, to educate the affiliates in the organization of membership and promoting professionalism through association and education. Mr. Adams has attended numerous seminars, and annual appraisal conferences interacting with appraisers nationwide.

1986-1989; - Group member of the California Legislative Steering Committee of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and officiated as the liaison officer, representing a local membership of over 200 appraisers.

A previous member of the California Ad Hoc Committee of the Society Real Estate Appraisers and participated for several years in the Appraisal Institute's California Legislative Committee - groups that were instrumental in influencing the current California Appraisal Law as mandated by the United States Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 ("FIRREA").

Mr. Adams has served at every level of office, and on all standing committees at the local chapter level for the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and was the 1989-1990 President of the Inland Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Additional past duties included Chapter Chair of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee; Regional Representative to Region VII of the Appraisal Institute (includes California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Arizona); Chapter Chair of the Nominating Committee; Chair of the Government Relations Subcommittee for the Inland Southern California Chapter and member of the National State Government Relations Subcommittee and member of the National Review Committee.

Approved by the California State Department of Corporations and hundreds of other banking and private institutions and have given sworn testimony and deposition as an expert witness on various appraisal matters for the California Superior Courts.

Mr. Adams estimates that he has appraised over 15,000+ properties in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties in the State of California. These properties include detached residential, condominiums, planned unit developments, multi-family, apartments, co-operatives, leaseholds, vacant land, apartment conversions, commercial retail and industrial. Other assignments have included proposed developments, absorption analyses, and feasibility studies. A graduate of San Bernardino Valley College and California State University at Fullerton.
